Make-up Tips On How To Make Your Eyes Look Bigger?

hehe im sorta a beginner at make-up...Make-up Tips On How To Make Your Eyes Look Bigger?
depending on your eye colour, use the appropriate coloured pencil (thats a completly different question in itself)

eyeline around the lash line to make eyes look larger, dont go all the way to the very corner of the eyes nearest to your nose as that will ';close'; your eyes. 2 x coats of mascara to open your eyes up, then get eyelash curler and curl your lashes out.

get a white eye liner and in the inner corners of your eyes and line the inner rims of your eyes, dont go overboard with the white!!

if u want to make ur eyes look smaller, or if u have huge eyes, line the inner rim of your eyes with blackMake-up Tips On How To Make Your Eyes Look Bigger?
OK IF YOU ARE A SORTA BEGINNER OF MAKE UP I AM GONNA SAY APLLY A THIN LINE OF EYELINES AND MAKE YOUR EYELASHES BIGGER WITH THE MASKARA I MEAN UP UP UP. THEN TRY EYE SHADOW WHICH GOES WITH YOUR SKIN TONE AND APLLY EYESHADOW AT UNDER EYE BLEND IT LIGHTLY DO A LITTLE HIGH LIGHT YOUR EYES ARE GONNA LOOK PERFECT.
You can use dark brown or black eyeliner outside of the eye.

Here are some tips that might help you

Hope that helps!
also, a white or neutral eyeliner on your lower eyelids inner rim makes them look bigger. and when putting on eyeliner on the top of your eyelid extend then line about 1/8 an inch (you can just estimate) past your eye, but make sure you don't wing it up, keep the line straight with your eyes shape. also if you make the line thicker towards the outer corner of your eye it makes a difference.
eyeliner!!

pick a bold color, like blue, as long as you're not like..

idk.

as long as you wear bold colors.
Eyeliner, but the mistake most young girls make is applying it way too thick. I'd go with a brown eyeliner rather then black, black is too intense and often looks odd. Lightly outline your eye, getting as close in as possible (without poking your eye! lol) Remember, very lightly!

Then, apply eyeshadow, I would stay with warm shades (light brown, tan, even gold) Again, very lightly!

Then Mascara on top lashes and bottom

Remember, Less is always more! lol
welll i got told to make my eyes look bigger with the eyeline on the bottom only go half way coz i fu go all the way it makes u look like u got small eyes!! hope it helps

If you want to make your eyes pop, go with lavenders, fuchsias, emeralds, and even golden and neutral tones.
Purples, blues and greens here i have a link to a tourtorial. Check out some of her other beauty tutorials they are really informative.

For big brown eyes, wear green or stay with earth colours.
purples, golds, different shades of brown
other browns, and purple for the most part..plus black which goes with all
try black eyeliner, it will really bring out your eyes.
PURPLE!
Purple (like a plum color) and green
golden...green...maybe some purple
  • thick hair
  • What would be the best make up color for my eyes?

I have dark brown hair, and burgundy glasses.

Here is a picture of my eyes.

brown. i have blue eyes. and i use purple eyeliner top and bottom with black brown mascara. black black is to harsh on light blue eyes.

and anything with a little shimmer to it.

like a silver eyeliner/eyeshadow on top with purple on the bottom would look awesomeWhat would be the best make up color for my eyes?
i would say a dark almost black green eyeliner overtop of a black eyeliner. Then a slightly lighter than skin color eyeshadow.

Fair skinned, blue-green-gray eyed girl.... make up advice?

Hey! I have light skin, not super white, but not tan either. I'm Irish :) My eyes are blue-green-gray... if that makes sense. I have blonde-brown hair. I'm pretty much a mix breed haha. What makeup would make the green pop? The blue pop? The gray.... I don't really specifically want that to pop haha. Thank You!Fair skinned, blue-green-gray eyed girl.... make up advice?
I think that I must have the same coloring as you and I found that Almay makes this awesome series that is based on your eye color. I love the eyeliner that is called Raisin, it really pulls the green out. I also found that a shimmery lite gold shadow also helps with the green color. As far as making the blue come out more I use a black liner and Covergirl's shimmering sands shadow. I hope this helps!Fair skinned, blue-green-gray eyed girl.... make up advice?
Black mascara, a sandy-gold eyeshadow, and maybe some eye liner should make your eyes really pop. There's also a lot of different cosmetic lines with secondary lines just for specific eye colors, I know Target carried a lot of them in the past, you might want to look for them and get one for both blue and green eyes.
    brown or black eyeliner

shades of green, brown, purple, and blue (maybe pink) would be you eyshadow tones (shimmer under the brown, greenish olive of the lidgo over it with the brown and put the brown in the crease. On the almay adds they have ceratin colors for whatever eyes you have. go for the green blue or hazel.

black masccar is for everyone and makes a big difference

blush is just a plain pink and go for some bronzer too and a little pink gloss.

you r eyes sound like your best feature so you should really make them pop.

go to covergirl.com and take all the quizzes. after that, if you want, go to tips %26amp; tricks and go to the shadow salon. really helpful

    hope i helped.
okay purples , lavanders, and greens would look hot on you!oh and light lipsticks pinks and mauves
Well it all depends where youre going and if its day or night. For night..on light eyes i just love the smoky eye look, i would recommend to go heavy on the eyes.. like a black smoky eye with bronze cheeks try lancome bronzer, put the bronzer on your cheekbones ,nose and forehead (dont over do it ) finish it off with a nude lipcolor ..if you have thin lips and want to be a little more pouty outline your bottom lip outside your lip not too much u dont want to look like a clown..with a lip pencil and then fill in with a gloss.

for day, use neutrals...like brown with a soft creamy base and outline your eyes with a black pencil , thin line ... rosy cheeks and a ofcoarse a glossy nude lip color ..what can i say i love heavy eyes and light lips..try macs myth lipstick.. love it!!!
i think either purple or green eyeshadow %26amp; a brown eyeliner w/ mascara. a nice bronzer would be good as well. and a more neutral colour on the lips.
i think a mascara, go with a light gloss and maybe a little bit of brown eye liner to line the bottoms of your eyes and a very light glimery gold shadow for the top- because sometimes blue and greens for eye shadow just look trashy, and the basics make any eye color pop
Try black eyeliner, and thickening and lengthening mascara, when you put on your eyeshadow- use a natural brown, and peachy blush- make sure if you wear lipstick- it should be as close to the shade of you blush as possible- but gloss looks better.

Nice, sexy/cute make up =) for green eyes?

    Hi

I have green almond small eyes but i have injured one of my eyes and cannot to anything for my bottom lash otherwise make up gets in my wound...

    any suggestions of make up?

thanksNice, sexy/cute make up =) for green eyes?
i would say a purple eyliner or a purple mascara and nothing else :DNice, sexy/cute make up =) for green eyes?
get black mascara and put it on just your top lashes. and put brown liner on just the top too. don't put on eyeshadow, it would draw too much attention to the wound. keep it simple.
Shades of brown, especially rich and chocolate ones. As well as dark greens to enhance, and coppers to contrast. Gold and purple look really pretty on green eyes too. As does brown and black mascara. You can simply avoid the bottom area, just enhance the colour on the top.
Dont wear colourful Eye shadow such as Pink, Ble, ect..

It'll Ruin the contrast of the colour of your Green eyes.

Wear something simple for eye make up, such as a shimmery eyeshadow, Black or even a dark Brown Mascara, Black eyeliner on the waterline, and a silvery eyeliner on the inner corners of your eyes.

A light Touch of Pink Blush andsome lip gloss.

    Good Luck
get a liquid eyeliner and draw a thin cat eye line.

    curl your lashes

    put on mascara(a lot!)

What make-up should I use to bring out the green in hazel eyes?

    hay =]

my eyes are hazel, mainly brown with green edges. The green is really subtle and I'd like to bring it out more. It is like a glass green.

What make-up would make my eyes look greener? I have jet black hair and white skin iwth gold undertones.

I could get violet streaks in my hair though; would this help?

thnx xWhat make-up should I use to bring out the green in hazel eyes?
use dark brown eyeliner and either purple/plum/violet eyeshadow!

and yes, violet streaks could help.. though i don't really like them.. i think just stick to makeup to bring out your eyesWhat make-up should I use to bring out the green in hazel eyes?
i do think you show try SLEEK, EYE SHADOW its really good and it helps on enhancing ur eyes. am sure u'll like it.
    hope these help!
Green or blue eye make up
You must have brown hair...wear blue and green blends eyeshadow....the blue is at your eyelids and green( light apply ) at you upper eyelids and below your eyes...
I always told to bring the green out in my eyes is use purples and violet colours.
    purple and violet ....eyeshadows
Yeah maybe. Use black/dark brown eyeliner on the inside if you get what i mean, then use either a nice purple/violent or subtle green eyeliner just outside of it, or as an eyeshadow. sorry its kinda hard to describe :P hopefully you get the idea xD
mix some green eyeshadow with some brown. smudge it together. make sure there is enough green showing. that will bring out the color in your eyes. you can also wear something green, clothing wise. that will do it
i like bronze eyecoloursw and tanned skintones.
u can use a light blue eye shadow on the lower lid and a white on the top lid or u could wear darker green on lower lid and on top lighter green
Everyone is a little different, skin tones effect a lot.

I would try golds and browns. Stick with more earth tones.

I hear a lot of people say purple, but I am not sure.

I just know those colors work for my eyes.(also hazel)

And do not use liner, this will help lighten your eye and make it look wider.

then just a little mascara to finish.

    Hope this helps.

Which make-up will bring out the blue in my eyes and make them look bigger ? x?

pale pinks, lavenders and natural tones would look great on you.

you could try matching your eye shadow to your clothes. the plus side of this method is that you can create a dramatic look with the combination of shadow and clothing. using this method can also help draw attention to your eyes if you're wearing bright or dark-colored clothes that might overpower more subtle eye make-up. the drawback to this approach is while your body may look good in a fuchsia shirt, that doesn't mean your eyes look good surrounded by fuchsia. furthermore, choosing an eye shadow that matches your clothes and looks good on your eyes can be challenging.

you could aso try matching your eye shadow to your own natural coloring. on the positive side, this method creates a natural look that can be elegant if done dramatically, or simple and clean when applied with a lighter hand. this technique works for all occasions and will match any style or color of clothing.

because, choosing eye shadow can be difficult no matter what colour your eyes are, here are some basic rules to help you pick your colours:

    * the first rule is to experiment. you won't know what looks best on you until you try it. buy some inexpensive shadows in a wide range of colors and play around. when you've found a colour that seems to works with your skin, hair and personal taste, then you can search within that color to find the perfect tone, hue, texture, and quality that works for you.

    * don't be afraid, mix colours together and see what you get. if you're unsure of a colour, test it on the inside center of your forearm. this will give you some idea how the colour will look on your skin before you put it on your eyes. don't test it on the back of your hand, as is usually recommended, since the skin of your hand is usually far darker than the skin of your eyelids. once you're ready to put on the colour, start with a light layer and build up in light layers until you have the darkness and colour you want.

    * lavender, as well as most pale pinks and pale purples, work well for almost any eye colour. they work especially well with blue eyes since they bring out the lighter tones in the eyes and make them seem bluer.

    * smoky eyes, if they are appropriate to the occasion, look good on anyone. for the simplest smoky eye: line the eyes as closely as possible to the lash line with dark gray or black shadow, or a black eyeliner pencil, or a kohl pencil. then smudge upward and outward toward the eyebrow and corner of the eye. smudge the bottom only slightly to soften the line, but don't drag downward because smearing the dark colour under your eye will make you look tired. powder over the pencil, if you use one, with dark gray or black powder to set it and soften it further. apply mascara and you're done.

    * try some shimmer. if you're nervous about choosing the wrong colour, then don't pick a colour. try putting some body glitter, or even bronzer, above your eye for attention-getting sparkle. if you're adventurous, and want only a little colour, try silver. don't forget the mascara, though. nearly nude eyes will need the definition of a coat of mascara.

    * go natural. often, the best make-up colours for our face are those we are born with. most people have a medium shade on their lids, a darker shade in the crease extending to the eyebrow, and a pale shade just below the eyebrow on the bone. look and see what your colours are and then play them up with colours that are slightly darker or slightly lighter. for hooded eyes apply a slightly lighter shade than your skin on the lid to make them stand out. for eyes that are very prominent, apply a darker shade than your skin on the lid. for the ultimate in natural looks, don't apply any eye shadow at all. instead, carefully apply mascara for definition, then apply cheek colour, and lip colour and let your eyes sparkle on their own!

    colors to avoid:

there are several colours that seem like perfect matches for blue-eyed people, which in reality don't work best for blue eyes. but, don't count them out completely. if they work for you, i say go for it.

    BLUE:

blue often competes for attention with the natural blue of the eye, and so distracts from the eyes, which should be the center of attention.

    BROWN:

brown eye shadow, although it seems the natural opposite of blue eye shadow, tends to clash with blue eyes and make them appear duller. this may be because the warm brown tones are in opposition to the cool blue tones. instead of reinforcing the blue of the eye, the brown draws attention away from the eye.

    GOLD:

gold clashes with blue as well, for the same reason brown does, though if you have tan skin you could possibly make it work. as an alternative, silver works well because it is a cool tone which draws out the blue, and it can add the same attention-grabbing shimmer as gold.

    hope this helps

xWhich make-up will bring out the blue in my eyes and make them look bigger ? x?
To make any color eyes appear bigger, always line the inner bottom lid with white eyeliner. It will always make them to appear larger and more open.

For blue eyes specifically, red/orange shades make them pop more and bring out the blue color in your eyes. Since those are pretty harsh shades, try to tone it down and use golds, peaches, bronzes, etc and will still give it the same larger effect.

Also, be sure to use mascara to make your lashes appear longer and draw more attention to your eyes.

So use those shades of eyeliner/eyeshadow, line your inner bottom lid with white eyeliner, and use mascara. If you do all of those, you are garaunteed to have much larger looking eyes and the color will def stand out more.Which make-up will bring out the blue in my eyes and make them look bigger ? x?
    Hello,,

Well if you have blue eyes, the best thing to do is buy a Gosh or Barry M eye shadow put (the dusty ones) in a blue shade similiar to your eye colour and also buy a very dark blue one or black and mix a small amount of the black with the blue.

Another option is to just use the blue on your eyes and also buy a white one, put a small amount of the white in the pots lid and mix with a TINY amount of water, but just enough to be a thick liquid. Just draw a line with the mixture across the bottom of the eye. This will bring out your eyes and make them look fantastic!

You can also mix the drak blue with the white and a little bit of water to make a lquid form and cover your eyelids with it. Then add 3 parts white shadow with 1 part blue and just dust upto the top of your eyebrow, getting lighter as you do - this is more of a night-time make-up but should look great if you lighten the shades for during the day.

    Hope this helped
    Here are some tips! :D

To enhance the blue: i have blue eyes and these are the colours I use to bring out the blue in my eyes:

warm colours contrast the coldness of the blue: brown, bronze, gold, warm pink. and peach.

Other colours i found look nice are: grey, silver and deep purple/mauve.

The only colours i don`t think look nice are bright blue- or anyother blue, eyes look dull in comparison it the fake blue!

Ways to make your eyes look bigger:

mascara: black or black/ brown mascara and Lots of it, long lashes make your eyes look bigger.

eyeliner: Use brown eyeliner, not black- black eyeliner makes your eyes look smaller. This is what i do to make my eyes bigger, and it really works: draw a thin line across the top of your lid- a little thicker on the outside edge, then draw a small, quite thick line on the on the outside edge on the bottom, then- smudge it over to about the middle. ( i really reccommend getting an eyeliner with a 'smudger' -little sponge on one side, i use benefits one in 'stable' - the perfect colour and with a smudger, but No.7 and loads of other makes also do them!) then just a tiny flick on the outside, where your eyelashes are. Also it makes your eyes look bigger if you line the bottom inside rim with white eyeliner!

eyeshadow: i like to do my shadow like this- first a shimmery peach all over my lid, and then use a brown shadow in the crease of your eyelid- this really makes your eyes look bigger!

eyebrows: if your eyebrows look nicer and neater your eyes will look bigger, put a tiny bit of vaseline on your eyebrows, and then brush it through with an eyebrow brush/old toothbrush. Or you can use a clear mascara and just brush it through your eyebrows.

    Hope this helped! :D

    xxx
brown has always been known to bring out the blue. blue make-up will NOT bring out the blue in your eyes, it will in fact do the opposite because your eyes wont be framed properly. use brown in the proper tint, tone, and shade that best suits your color or skin undertone. white eyeliner in the lower lid will also open your eyes, and a well curled set of lashes will definitely perk up your eyes(use shu uemura lash-curl). avoid black in the lash line as this will make your eyes look smaller. =)
to make them look bigger: put some light colored eye-shadow in the inner corners of your eye, darker in the outer ones, and some under you eyebrow for a natural lift.

stand out: use gel eyeliner or mascara and orange eyeshadow...the adventage of orange is that it is on the opposite of blue on the colour wheel, so it makes blue stand out AND it looks perfectly natural :)

here is a color wheel to help you : http://realcolorwheel.com/colorwheel.htg鈥?/a>
    Blue eye-shadow.

Most people say browns or sumit by i have blue-green eyes and i dont suit that colour. I think it depends on your skin tone and hair colour too.

Personally i would experiment with loads of colours and have a friend over or ur mam and see what they think.

Use coatings of mascara and (if u want) use eyeliner AROUND the eye, not on the inside bit as this makes them look smaller.

    hope this helpss

    xx
No one else has said this but orange will bring out the blue in your eyes. Orange is the opposite to blue. What ever colour is opposite will make it stand out more. Search colour wheel on google images to see what a mean.
Almay ';Bring Out'; and ';Play UP'; collection.

They're awesome... perfectly coordinated colors to really enhance your eye color.

Hi I have blue eyes too and I have worn black eye liner for years it really makes your eyes pop out.I have never found one better than the rimmel brand.I tried others just to see if they were any good but they aren't.
apparently brown eyeshadow makes blue eyes look bluer , and blue eyeshadow makes brown eyes look browner.
