Purple and violet eye shadow, liner, and even mascara make eyes look greener. The placement will make them look bigger--practice until you find the look you like.
use a black or dark brown eyeliner around the outer corners of your eyes, and stop halfway in the middle. use an eyelash curler/black mascara, and wear colours like tan, light vanilla or beige to make your eyes stand out. play with a bunch of different styles and have fun with it!
I find that green eyeshadows or eyeliner makes the green in my eyes pop. And for larger appearance - white eyeliner in the inner corners of your eyes works best. Hope it helps!

I am not sure about the green, but make sure not to wear eyeliner on the lower lid of your eye, that always makes it look smaller.

Also to make your eyes look larger apply white eyeliner on the very inner rim of your eyes. Blend well. You shouldn't actually see the white line. Don't apply dark liner all over, just on the outer corner of your eyes.

Only eyeliner the top not the bottom, if you use eyeliner. Green eyes tend to look more green when you wear green so try using some blue / green shaddows for just the lids not the whole eye. Leave the top by the brow nude. It's all about using good shaddows and good brushes though. Don't use the cheap products for eyes you can tell the difference!!!
