What make up do i use round my eyes that isn't foundation?

what is a good product to use round my eyes for everyday wear?

foundation is showing up the lines too much now :o)

can anyone recommend something that gives the highlighting effect that i see quite a few women with?

it looks slightly lighter than their foundation, but makes their eye area glow.

any tips on putting it on would be helpful too - don't particularly want the panda look...

buy a special under eye concealer..

otherwise yo will develop wrinkles under your eyes

the body shop does a good one...

dab it under your eyes with your wedding ring finger

make sure its a lighter colour than your skin tone as it will brighten up your eyesWhat make up do i use round my eyes that isn't foundation?
I would reccommend Touche Eclat - YSL. Lots of other make-up brands are now doing their ouwn versions of it though.
Yves saint lauren concealer, costs a bit but lasts for ages and its AMAZING :)
YSL touche eclat is expensive but lasts ages. if you are going on holiday you can buy it on the plane for 18 euros which is very cheap. Some other make up companys like 17 maybelline make similar products. Try Boots
Clinique carries a great line of highlighters for your lids. If you check out your local counter, they'll let you try it free.
best thing to do is go to a MAC table, there really helpful help to choose right shade and demonstrate application. thats what i did! gud luccckk
Touche eclat as someone has said - it's an eye brightener and covers up shadows - cult product and does exactly what you're after
collection 2000 under eye concealer is good and then bright from benefit and lemon aid from benefit is good too you just dab them around the eye
Concealer, try the 'fake-it' concealer kit from Benefit it has a good concealer and 3 other types of eye highlighters (adds shine, gets rid of red on eye lid...etc)
I recommend Arbonne's concealer. Apply a shade lighter than your skin. Arbonne also sells some very light shadows that can be used for the highlight effect. Use a brush to apply both the concealer and the shadows.
avon do this which is a very light foundation. I prefer it to proper foundation as it doesn't feel so heavy on your skin.

Dermalogica Day Bright will brighten and highlight your skin and give you that glow you were talking about. Plus it has spf 15. There is also a night bright formula if you don't want the spf (but who wouldn't?) You will want to apply it first before any foundation, under your whole eye just to your cheek and blend it down. then apply foundation. I'd put a little powder over the Day Bright but that is completely up to you.
Touche Eclat - YSL! Brilliant stuff
under eye concealer. get a lighter shade than your foundation so it will highlight around your eyes and make them pop. put it under your eyes and in the inside corner. make sure you blend well.
Mary Kay concealer works great and doesn't cost too much. It is department store quality but not the department store price. It comes in a variety of colors and it is guaranteed so if you don't like the color send it back for a different.

Hi you will need to use an illuminating concelar, if your fine lines are a problem then avon do a fantastic one that actually helps prevent further lines whilst the light pigment diffuse the appearance of the ones you already have. here is the link for avons

They also do a foundation that helps the skin and eyeshadows as well, there all part of the Anew make up range and really do work.

I have the Invisible light concelar from avon, its the same thing as the one I have mentioned without the anti wrinkle formual in it, what it does is both cocelars have light reflecting pigments which in certain light, light bounces off them leaving a this glow that you seen on women, whilst taking away the appearance of dark circles puffyness and wrinkles.

Really you are only suppose to us a liquid concelar around the eyes and not a foundation.

I dont use the brush that is on the conelar as I get too much lol, so using my the finger next to my little finger I get a small amout and dab it all over the eye area and then blend, you can use as much as you want folloing the steps. I also dust over with a powder to set it.

I sometimes use a highligher too for an extra boost even thought its for your cheeks but is really soft and doesnt irritate my eyes here is the link

the one I use is this one and it proven to be better or just as good as Yves St Lauren Touche Ecliat which is over 拢40

It just all depends on your age but both concealers the anew one and the normal one do the same.
