Ok ok. You should deffenitly use eye primer. If you don't have any then you can use either concealer or fondation. First:

put your concealer all over your eyelid, towards the end of your eye, make a triangle going upwards. Do the same on each eye. You allready have beautiful almond shaped eyes, so I think this cat look will be good for you. Now, after the concealer, fondation or eye primer dries (use whatever you want, I prefer concealer if you already have it) then take a dark brown and light orange. First put on the light orange towards the upwards triangle thingy, lol. Then put the brown on by the crease and over the orange. If you can't see the orange slightly, put a little more on the triangle thingy lol. (Dab it on slightly.) Then take a dark brown or black (whatever you prefer) eyeliner and put it on the lower part of your eye. Now, take a tissue and pat off SOME not all of the eyeshadow you put on so it does not look too heavy (do not ruin the triangle shape). Now, take some black mascara. One of my tips for mascara is before you put it on to avoid clumps, wipe it off with a tissue, only leaving little mascara on it, so it doesn't look too fake. Vertically, put the mascara on. Bob your head up and down while doing it going from bottom to top, tip to tip. Now, last step, take a Highlighter (example, this is what I use)

and take the HIGHLIGHTER (the whiter one) and put it by the crease of your eyes.

Gorgeous eyes, btw!!!!How to best put make up on these eyes?
You're eyes look blue to me, please e-mail me and correct me if I'm wrong and I'll give you suggestions for that color of eyes:

Blue Eyes:

As a general rule, those with blue eyes should look for eye makeup in gray, violet, taupe, purple, and deep blue. Many have found using a dark shade of blue will actually bring out the more natural blue tones in your eyes; giving you a brighter and more vibrant look.

Drugstore Suggestions:

1. Violets and Purples: CoverGirl Eye Enhancers, Trio Eye shadow, Dance Party #125, ~$5.00

2. Gray and Deep Blue: Revlon ColorStay 12 Hour Eye Shadow, Sultry Smoke #342, ~$7.00

3. Taupe: CoverGirl Eye Enhancers - Single Eye Shadow, Tapestry Taupe #760, ~$4.00
