use a shimmery, pale gold on the inner corners of your eye, trace a bit of black liner right near the roots of the lashes on your upper eyelid, and dab on a concealer slightly lighter than your skin tone under the eyes to make them brighter. Marooney-brown gloss will look good on your lips, and black mascara for your upper and lower lashes. :)

Use rich smoky blacks and grays for your eyes.

small amounts of blue and green
go with green and gold keep lips red but a more pinkish red or lighter
none- natural beats all. but if you're that ugly i'd say blue and green
