What is that white make-up actors (male & female) wear around their eyes?

Does anyone happen to know what that white eye make-up is that actors wear all around their eyes? Also, why do they wear it? What brand makes it?

I would say just regular white eyeshadow? That helps with dark circles..not really sure
White eyeliner. Pretty much any makeup brand has it. And they wear it to make their eyes look brighter/awake and less droopy/tired.
I don't know what it iz exactly, but i know that it iz supposed 2 make ur eyes look larger. I use white eyeliner, most companies make dat.
It is not white eyeliner. I believe you are talking about concealer. I wear a lighter shade then my skin color just to brighten it up and cover up any darkness you might have aroud your eyes. Any brand of makeup makes concealer. You can buy a concealer stick that looks like lipstick but its in skin tones. A lot of brands make a product specifically for that. If you use a concealer around your eyes be sure to put a powder over it to set it.
