What is the best make up for a person with light brown eyes, lightly tan, and blonde?

i really want good makeup to make my eyes stand out, but i don't wanna wear a lot, I just want good color shades, and products.

try a shimmery medium shade of taupe for an eyeshadow.


line your upper eye with black eyeliner. start making a thin line starting from the inner corners of your eye, then create a bit thicker line as you are coming out at the ends of your eyes.


Wing out your eye liner for a more dramatic look.


make sure to also apply the eye shadow on the bottoms of your eyes as well.


curl your lashes as apple black mascara.


if you want a more natural look, line your bottom eyes with a brown eyeliner.


If you prefer dramatic eyes, line it with black eyeliner connecting the liner coming out from your top eye down to the bottom and stop half way on the bottom lining of your eye. This will make your eyes wide.
