Why do you want to conceal your big eyes? Big eyes are beautiful! Bring them out with neutral eye shadow and eye liner and maybe some mascara. You can conceal dark circles underneath with the concealing makeup that is a shade lighter than your skin tone. Also yellow concealing sticks are awesome. You can buy them at Sally's Beauty Supply.

Sunglasses if you are worried, but there is nothing wrong with big eyes.
Never wear white eyeliner, thats made to make your eyes look bigger, but I have big eyes, I hate them, thats why I always wear black eyeliner.
Big eyes are so gorgeous I'm not sure why you want to hide em! but if you want, black eye-liner makes your eyes appear smaller. Light eyeshadow makes eyes appear even bigger!

If you are trying to conceal your eyes (I don't know why though, I think big eyes are pretty), you should use minimum makeup on your eyes and more on something else, like your lips. This way people's attention will automatically turn to whatever you are accenting.
big eyes are very hot actually. ur lucky u have them, but if u want smaller eyes, use black eyeliner inside ur eyes on the bottom only. and dont use mascara it will make it bigger. hope this helps!
