I would either go for natual eye shadows and black, heavy looking mascara also black eyliner spend more time on the eyeliner and mascara not on the eyshadow personally i wouldnt wear eyeshadow, a medium foundation is also good i would also use a light lipstick/gloss to show them off a bit better with this look because dark lip colour will look 'off' and not right. hope that helps xBest make up for blonde hair and brown eyes?

but color of shadow would be a rose color, Bare essentials has a color named Heart. It truly can be worn day or night. If you put it on dry it has a soft shiny rose look. At night to spice it up ad a little into your cap and softly dampen brush (slightly) then put it on for a super shine foiled look. One color can look like two with just wet and dry looks. It stays on all day and can also be used as eye liner. Be careful not to get water into the minerals they will clump. It will last forever if you treat it well. Rose is a famous color, looks perfect on everyone and is easy to find. Also revlon colorstay is good too. Usually people with blondish hair should go with lighter colors that appeal to their skin such as pinks and tans. Since your hair isn't too dark, using colors such as blue or brown will just make your eyes look darker and less attractive. The lighter colors will bring out the colors in your eyes, without it being too over bearing :]
if you want to look natural, use a brown mascara, it looks AMAZING with blonde hair. i find stila works best.





for summer, use a minimal eyeshadow, something cool and shimmery if you must..MAC has this shimmery rose one called romantique lustre, it looks like it'll be a gross pink shade but it goes on sheer and it really brightens up your eye area





try a nude lip like peach or a coral because it looks nice and is not too vibrant...and don't forget lip balm!

For the brown eyes, i would use purples, greens and some browns. Do not go to dark on the purple. Mascara should be brown, you do not want to over dramatize the eyes. You want people to focus on them. Eyeliner should be brown as well. Artistry makes a really good line of makeup and skin care products. I have used them myself,
I would say neutral colors, rose/beige/brown. Be careful of Gold it might blend two much with your complexion/hair/eyes. If you want more fun use colored eyeliners (not to thick) purple/silver/pink. I always go with a black mascara. Bare minerals has nice eyeshadow. I also like the maybelline H.I.P collection for fun colors.
For the summer, try greens, champagnes, bronzes, golds, browns and blues. They go great with brown eyes. For mascara, try any type of revlon. Dont wear eye liner, it will be too much make up and will look trashy. Hope that helps! :)
