two different ways to bring out really dark eyes:


lots of mascarra and dark black eyeliner to make them POP


or use silver eyeliner and white silver shiney eyeliner just around lids not up to brow bone and some mascarra


or counter your eyes with a bright purple or blue that will really draw people's eyes to yours ;)
Black/brown eyes:
