for summer I personally would go with pinks and blues...but that's just me..What is good make-up with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a tan complexion%26gt;?
cool colors rather than warm, especially for the spring/summer time, like soft pinks and blues, and even sparkly whites (but not too bright/solid white) =]
Light shimmery shadow in a pastel color, nude lipgloss and bronzer on your cheeks.
Baby blue goes nice with a tan. shades of blue eye shadows. bronzer for your face and pink lipstick.
Anything in gold, bronze, peach.


It will bring out your eyes and make blonde hair even more blonde.


And of course navy blue mascara - try the new Max Factor mascara with the rubber brush - it doesn't smudge and stays on all day and night. Doesn't sweat off either.
I have a friend with blonde hair and blue eyes. she doesnt even need to wear makeup. she wears a lightly tinted lip gloss and a little liquid face tint to give her cheeks some color and she looks great!! When she goes out, she adds a little glitter.

I would put a nice peachy color for your cheeks. A peachy color that is lighter than the color of your complexion. Because if you don't it will look like just your skin. Just apply some to the apple of your cheek and blend it down. For your eye shadow add a lime green color. Since your eyes are blue it will be nice to add green it will bring out the eye's color so beautifully! For your lips i would put some pink. A natural pink color. Then add some lip gloss as a nice shiny coat.

Iam the same as you....besure your foundation matches your skin color.or complments it.....right now you have so much too choose from.......i use the one that complants my skin tone and matches, i use an eye conceler for flaws and under eyes, a light brow pincel, so you can make your eye brows great and perfect. remember blondes are light any way., so go with a peach color, for lip and cheak color. rule is no startling flashing eyecolor for day time........never. blue eyes, do well with violet,pail remember, and a touch of peach, litely under your eye brow, say the arch. i also use a lip pencel, to out lie my lips. in just a shade darker then lipstick, this accuents your mouth and change the imporfections of lips, if need to. pail blues for shadows are ok also. but remember just very lite. if you are wearing green out fit, do the lime green, lightly. surprise your eyes will appear to be almost green. it mostly depends on what your wearing also......nite wear is different. you want to go with more of a deeper peach -rose


for cheeks and lip color. i have tried the extend lash masquare---it s great. but used to be a modle so still like the eyelashes, you can buy the band lashes, or do indevual lashes that stay on until you normaly shed a lash....they are tear proof, and water proof. just one note--- note girls, please take off your make up before bed.use a good cleanser, toner and nite cream....i always say feeding my face.......lol.
well...stick to ur earthy tones like greens, browns, peaches, etc. u can use blues but i dont use too light of a blue otherwise u could end up looking a lil skanky
