I need easy yet dramatic hair and make-up ideas for green eyes and black hair.?

I only want to spend about 15 to 20 minutes a day on my hair and make-up. I also don't want to have to clean my make-up off of my cell phone.I need easy yet dramatic hair and make-up ideas for green eyes and black hair.?
Have you had your colors done? Many major department stores offer this service. It will give you the information you want as well as clothing colors that are best for you, and much more.I need easy yet dramatic hair and make-up ideas for green eyes and black hair.?
a really quick and easy way to look great and bring out your eyes is to wear purple tone eyeshadow, or eyeliner. a light violet for the day time and, deep dark colors for evening are good too. you don't have to do too much to get a great look. you can find eyeshadow palets with a variety of purples at the local target or walmart. they even have palets specially made for your eye color. pinks bring out brown eyes, purples bring out green, etc. a lil goes a long way and really doesn't take a lot of time............as for your hair i would need more info. texture? length?
I just got my hair cut yesterday. It is really short and stacked in the back and slightly longer in the front. It looks great. All I have to do is apply a root lifting mousse and blow dry it with a round brush. It is so cute! As far as make up. I can't help you there. I just apply a powder and lip gloss.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say dramatic or how dramatic you would like to be. mac has great makeup that does not come off, also you can try saphora there make up is also great they have many different brands, you can also try them on in the store that way you will be able to see the look that you want before you buy. when you go to purchase your make up speak with the sales person let them know the look you are looking for they will give you the best help.
My beautiful daughter has black hair and green eyes. She doesn't wear any makeup on her face...she only uses bronzy colored eyeshadows, eyelash tint instead of mascara, and she lines her bottom lash line with charcoal gray (very lightly)

As for her hair...I can't help you with that one..she spends about 1/2 hour with a flat iron every day.
Lip shades that look great with dark hair and lite/fair skin: Red Alert. Scarlet, Mulberry, Misty Mauve, Infinity, Devotion, Sweetheart, Geranium, Matador Red, Rouge, Prom Pink.

The cool palette鈥攑ink, violet, blue, turquoise, cool green, or brown look great with black hair. Highlighting a spot above the iris with a complimentary eyeshadow will enhance the iris colour. Burgundy accentuates green eyes.

Defining your eyes with eyeliner (liquid or eye pencil) will immediately enhance your look and draw attention to the beauty of your eyes. Liner, even when worn alone, makes a statement. It is the perfect quick-fix when you need to shift the accent from your lips to your eyes, or transition from a day to evening look.
depends on the type of hair you have curly hair get long layers that looks good curly or straightened. Straight hair leave it one length not alot of product some bangs. don't way the hair down with alot of product that makes your hair look like dry hay. it looks nasty. would you want to touch that? no.

with make-up less is more. unless there is a reason for base don't wear it. if there is a reason then go to sephora.com they have a gel you put on before you put on your base and it keeps it from getting on everything else. and try a light base if you are going to use some. stila is great. you can get that at sephora.com also. then just put on some mascara and tinted lipstick (sheer) and the end.
NIce green, purple and silver coloured eyeshadow, sheer pink lipgloss for makeup. As for your hair, keep it long (if you have long hair) with a few layers. Layers give body to your hair, therefore not much maintenance.
I also have darker hair and green eyes and for a bit more of a dramatic look, I wear just a touch of concealer to hide imperfections and then I put a touch of bronzer to my cheekbones and nose. For my eyes, I line the top with black liquid eyeliner and the bottom with a black pencil eyeliner. Sweep a light eyeshadow (like a cream or taupe) over you entire eyelid and then a darker color (such as dark brown, black, etc) over your eyelids. I also curl my eyelashes and wear black mascara. I wear a nude or no lipstick/gloss to really draw the attention to my eyes. You could could also ';tease'; the back of your hair at the roots, while adding hairspray to get a bit of a dramatic look.
for eyeshadow - green, purples %26amp; mauves, and black/silver look great with green eyes. A nice Plum eyeliner on the top lids with some shiny green eyeshadow looks awesome.

As for hair - I have dreadlocks - takes no time at all in the morning!
Half up/half down is easy, quick, and it looks cute. Also, you could get layers, and leave your hair down.
use loose powder instead of base.

try a light shimmery green from eyelash base to brow, then a simple stroke of darker green on lower lid, pink gloss, and done

Hair just pull it into a pony tail but on the first flip only do it halfway and on the second one do it halfway also just leaving the tips loose to do something crazy with them, like curl them or make them super straight and tacky, this assuming your hair is longer than shoulderlenght.

and in 15 min u r done.
Whatever you do, do not put make up where it looks ';cakey'; on your face. That looks grotesque and sort of reminds of how dead people look at when badly made up in mortuaries.

Now that I've got that off my chest, may I offer you some optimistic points? You have green eyes and black hair. Don't you realize how sexy that combinatoin alone is? Everyone finds girls with green eyes to be cute. You have a distinct advantage with that trait alone.

As for makeup, start of with basic foundation. Foundation helps clear out all the sun spots and what nots. Do be careful about excess blush. Eye liner is more important. If you are artistically inclined, go for the smoked eye look. A dark shadowy purplish/balck would look very good. Because I don't know exactly how your face looks, I'm at a loss to give very specific advice.

As for hair, keep it long and wavy and if you prefer on one side. Don't make it frizzy and have some straight paths on it. If you like and subtle burgundy highlight would work nicely to add depth and dimension to your complex green eyes.

Just another emphasis about you having green eyes. Haven't you heard all the musical references to green eyes???? There's ';green eyes'; by Husker Du and Coldplay wrote a song called green eyes. Your face, with your green eyes, is a bit like a gold mine that has yet to be discovered.

Now get to the mining and refine your beauty!
Find your nearest MAC counter for the makeup, I will never use anything else. :) Have fun!!
First, you are probably already very beautiful with dark hair and green eyes.

Hair you can always pony tail it for fast times and make it strait for a dramatic effect.

For makeup use MAC - good stuff that is very natural. You dont even have to take it of everynight.
my make-up takes me less than 5 minutes a day.

use blush or a bronzer ( it gives the coolest tan) i got a blush and bronzer with it.

some nude, light brown(like honey), or light pink.

eyeliner (brown or black.....your choice)

black mascara

and eyeshadow if you really want to though i dont

for more tips, got to www.beauty.iloveindia.com

it's the best place for make-up tips that are really helpful
Intense black mascara, and like an olive eyeliner. If your hair is tameable, curl it with large curls, or wear it in a half poinytail. You will look gorgeous.
go makeup free. the natural look. i only use foundation and very little at that. a small amount of mascara. cut your hair short, or get braids.
Try using almay intense-i-color(green) it will really brigh out your eyes and revlon bare it all lustrous powder. and for your hair maybe a cute low ponytail. or maybe try buying accessories for a different look
Wow, green eyes and black hair...sounds gorgeous by itself, but if you still want make up...play up your best features. Say your eyes, go with just a coat of mascara. Your hair just needs washed, conditioned and combed, unless you have a specific style you like.

Lipstick or gloss also is a quick way to dress up.
Wow black hair and green eyes is a great combination! I consider it rare actually. You're blessed =)

Anyways, I think straight black hair looks best, so maybe you could blow dry it? Wavy is fine too. As for make-up, use blackest black mascara (Maybelline Great Lash). It will really suit your hair and bring out the best in your eyes. Maybe try some faint pinkish brush if you're pale. Oh and for eyeshadow (if you want to put any), violet is a very good colour choice because of the contrast between purple and green. If you want extra sexy eyes, put eyeliner on your lower eyelid but don't go all the way because you don't want to close in on your lovely eyes.

I laughed at the part about the cell phone! It happens to me all the time! I use Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse now, and this has solved the problem a bit.

Good luck!
Makeup should never take more than 20 minutes anyways. A complimenting foundation, mascara, and green eyeshadow. Perhaps a light pink or just gloss on the lips and there ya go. As for the hair, who knows? I don't know how long it is, how thick it is... or anything. You can't tell a person how to style their hair unless you've seen it and the shape of their face. If it's long, I recommend blowdrying it straight and curling it away from the face if your face is long and thin, curling it toward the face if your face is oval or round. If it's short, muss it up with some gel and you're on your way.
for dramatic eyes, try lining yours upper and lower with black eyeliner. Try making your hair really full of volume or adding dark brown highlights to your hair...
Dye your hair red, wear only lip-gloss and mascara.
Use different light and dark shades or green eyeshadow, a more brown than pink color blush, and use serum to shine your hair, but not near the roots or it will look greasy. May even want to curl or flat iron.
Dark purples and violet colors look great with green eyes ( especially if your dark headed) it looks very dramatic. Almay has a line that caters to your eye color, Its all put together for you.

If you dont want to clean make up off you cell phone then either dont wear it or get an ear piece, and even with out makeup you'l have to clean the oils off of your phone anyway.
