Brown eyes are very versatile; you can wear almost every color provided you use a quality eyeshadow with a high level of pigmentation. The cheaper the eyeshadow, the more you'll have to use of it. I would stay away from boring browns and taupes and try something dramatic like a gorgeous seafoam green or even a mod dark plum! Use eyeshadow primer first to help it set, then apply a nice wash of color.

Use a little brown eyeliner top and bottom rims, Not too harsh, Light beige almost skin colored eyeshadow with a shimmer on your lids but trace the brown liner on your eyelid with a mocha colored eyeshadow, darker in the outer corners, blending into the lighter shade. 2 coats of brown black mascara. Use a peachy pink blush on cheekbones and depending on how dramatic you make your eyes, use a light pink or nude gloss. the more dramatic the eyes the less color on your lips. you want to focus on bringing out one feature of your face (:
