pretty much all you really need is liquid eyeliner.





Apply it on the lids of your eyes and work your way across slowly, towards the end, make the line curve upwards slightly sort of like cat eye and fill in.





Apply some mascara and some white kohl pencil on the lower lid close to the eye and your done!How can I make up my eyes like this Iranian celebrity?
