I have light brown eyes with specks of yellow.What color make-up should I use on my eyes?

dont do light, it will offset the natural color of your eye and make it look wrong for your skin type and hair type and so on.

Brown eyes are neutral and can wear any color. For contrast, try deep greens and sapphires.
I'm no make-up expert but maybe you should try gold eyeliner and light copper eye shadow...that's just my opinion...
