so line your eyes and then smudge it with a q-tip or a foundation.Make up?????eyes?
i know , its hard to get that . first , take a regular eyeliner stick [glide works better than a pencil , try maybelline its really good] and apply it to the bottom and top . then take an eyeliner brush . its liek a brush with a flattened end . u can get one at just about any drugstore - it looks liek this

and get black eyeshadow . put the brush in the shadow and go over all of ur eyeliner with it . it will make it dark and mroe dramatic . good luck =]
