What brand of make up would you recomend for some one who doesn't want to spend $50 a eye shadow?

i love trying fun, new colors but i can't afford the top brands...are there any stores or brands you can recomend? i really like mac make-up if that lets you know my style...???What brand of make up would you recomend for some one who doesn't want to spend $50 a eye shadow?
Rimmell, a cheap brand at Walmart, has tons of colors-both bright and subdued $2 to$3 per container. I suggest that brand. It's cheaper than Cover Girl. Other cheapies include NYC, Mary Kate %26amp; Ashley Olsen and an old favorite, Wet N Wild. All four are super cheap. But I suggest Rimmell for a Mac girlWhat brand of make up would you recomend for some one who doesn't want to spend $50 a eye shadow?
I like clinique. But if you are just trying out stuff for fun- stick with cover girl. Its cheap and they have a lot of fun colors.
Have you tried the new Revlon Limited Edition collection? Funky shades, great packaging and reasonably-priced.
I think maxfactor has a new line of bright/colorful eyeshadows... I'm sure they're all well under $10
$50 an eye shadow??? Do people really pay that? or charge that much? Go to my website and check out the fabulous color lines that are very reasonably priced!!!

Urban Decay has amazing colors... Granted they're $15 a shadow.. but they have really awesome palettes that come with like 9 colors for $32 or so (and they actually last a long time if you get yourself eyeshadow brushes to apply it properly and don't use the applicator that comes with it).

Pop! Beauty at Sephora also has these cute little wallet shadow pallettes with like a dozen different colors separated into four different wallets at $32 each - One for Blue eyes, Green Eyes, Brown eyes, and one for ';Smokey Eyes';

But, if you want to go for the cheaper stuff... L'Oreal introduced their H.I.P. (high intensity pigments) line last year and I think their shadow duos go for about 6-7 bucks each.. and they have a bunch of other items as well.. The shadows aren't too great in the longevity department but the colors are pretty snazzy
I recommend Cover Girl Eye Shadow they have wonder full colours and they have great bright colours too.
well this may seem funny but if you go to cvs or any pharmacy place that has all that good stuff, you can find really cheap makeup. and of course wal-mart is always cheap. hope i helped!!!!!
I wear Mary Kay and it is not $50.
I know this sounds weird, but Mary Kay eyeshadows are the most long-lasting. I used to use Lancome, Mac, and Clinique and now only use Mary Kay. Great, bold colours for those of us who enjoy eyeshadow. I even tested all of them by applying them to my hand and rubbing really hard. The only kind that stayed on was Mary Kay.

Also, the new Mark line from Avon has some great colours. It's supposed to be like Mac.
If you like trying fun new colours I'd suggest ';Bourjois Paris'; Its just above Loreal and Max Factor but just below Mac, with regards to price and reputation. In my opinion Bourjois Paris have such bright sexy luminous colours. Their 3D lip shine is just amazing! All their colours to me are so fun and new and actually look good without making you feel like a clown and that you've done it wrong or something. And fairly affordable! For an answer to eye shadow they have really great eye shines. Little pots of dust powder that you tap on to your finger or brush and dust on which really illuminate your eyes without having that ';whoa too much colour how do I dub it down'; look.

Good luck.
My cousin had a compact with 15 beautiful shimmery bright colors that she bought at the dollar store for $1 (obviously) and so I went and bought 2 compact. I usually don't buy cheap makeup but the colors were so beautiful and bright and they really show up on your eyes. Try looking at your local dollar store.
i recommend revlon colorstay eyeshadow and most of their products dat are colorstay...dey stay very good and are also smude and water proof.
